Dharma Yoga and Yoga Nidra

This workshop will start with a 90-minute Dharma Yoga practice. It will include some pranayama exercises, a series of stretching, balancing, back-bending, twisting, and inverted postures. I will show you ways of gradually working towards more advanced forms of asanas, focusing on backbends. All levels are welcome as many options will be offered.

We will conclude with a 30-minute Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a deep-rooted relaxation technique that restores one’s inner balance by breaking free from the stress of life. This result occurs on an unconscious level as your bodily systems become healthy, balanced and refreshed. Yoga Nidra is a form of active meditation and it will leave you feeling renewed and recharged.
