I am a French Dharma and Vinyasa Yoga teacher in London and  love sharing and transmitting my passion for Yoga.

I trained with Sri Dharma Mittra and his team of teachers in New-York (500-hour Life Of A Yogi Teacher Training) and am very happy to share in lineage in London.  Dharma Yoga is in essence a system of classical Hatha Raja Yoga.  It is a graceful and challenging practice, in which the main Yoga postures are taught.  Meditation should be found in each asana.  Classes start with a vinyasa warm-up and typically include many backbends and inversions.  The practice is accessible to all and variations are offered to suit all  students' conditions.  It brings a feeling of openness in the body, strength and calm at the end of class.  Pranayama follows the physical practice, and classes also include a short meditation when time allows.  I am also a 200-hour-qualified Vinyasa Yoga  teacher .  My vinyasa/power Yoga classes are always inspired by my Dharma Yoga practice.  The classes are challenging, energizing and focus on the breath and correct alignment.

My classes are challenging but I offer variations for all level.  I believe that it is important to be challenged because I can see in my own practice how far willpower and perseverance can take you in your Yoga journey.  All my classes are devotional and cultivate unity of consciousness, as taught and encouraged by Sri Dharma Mittra.  We move together and support each other.  No competition :)!  We simply do our best and share the practice for the benefit of someone else.  Be ready to sweat, have fun and leave class feeling stronger and more peaceful, ready to face the challenges of your daily lives.
